Thomas McLinden, originally from Royal Oak, Michigan, attended Michigan State University where he received a BS in Economics in 1977. Following graduation, Tom gained experience in mortgage and consumer lending while employed at The Saline Bank and Huron Valley National Bank. Also, during this period, Tom received formal commercial credit training and acted as a commercial loan officer based in Ann Arbor.

In 1987, Tom became the Senior Lending Officer for Republic Bank, Ann Arbor and in 1989 he was elected President and CEO. In 1993 he was elected President & CEO for the Southeast Region and Statewide Director of Mortgage Operations for Republic Bank. In April 1994 Tom resigned from his positions with Republic Bancorp to pursue the establishment of Money Source Financial Services. Tom is a Registered Representative through Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc., member NASD & SIPC. He is licensed in the states of Michigan, Georgia and California. Tom has previously served as a Board Member of the Washtenaw Alzheimer's Association and past President of the Washtenaw Council for Children.

Tom lives between Ann Arbor and Saline with his wife Suzanne and son Andy and daughter Leigh.

Matthew Haas

Matthew, raised in Hartland, has lived the life of a small business owner, both his parents are self-employed and Matthew has worked in the family businesses since he was a young boy. Matthew graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Finance in December of 1992 and has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. Matthew is a Registered Representative through Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc., member NASD & SIPC. He is a member of the MMBA, Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, the HBA, and Oak Pointe Country Club.

He currently resides in Pinckney with his wife Charisse, and their beautiful daughters.

Rhonda Chmelar

Rhonda, originally from Muskegon, Michigan relocated to Ann Arbor in 1995. Prior to her move she earned her Bachelors Degree from Aquinas College. Before joining the Money Source team in June of 1996, Rhonda spent twelve years working in the insurance field as a Customer Service Representative. At Money Source Rhonda manages the Residential Loan Processing Department.

Rhonda and her husband Rudy recently moved to Ann Arbor and are enjoying their new home.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin was born and raised in Ann Arbor, where he is a member at Huron Hills Baptist Church, MMBA, and the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce. In 1982 he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Management. Specializing in mortgage transactions, Kevin is a Registered Representative through Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc., member NASD & SIPC. He currently holds his Series 7 license. 

Kevin resides on the "Old West Side" of Ann Arbor with his wife Sue and their two children, Andy and Dana. Kevin enjoys playing (if his knees hold up) softball, basket ball, and watching his kids play soccer.

Glen Darmos, originally from Lorain Ohio, came to Michigan on a football scholarship to attend Eastern Michigan University in 1988. He completed his BBA in Marketing in 1992 and his MBA with a Management focus in 1994. Glen has been in the financial services industry since 1994. He currently holds his Series 7, 63, 65, life and health insurance, and variable contracts licenses. He is a registered representative of Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc. Member NASD/SIPC. He is licensed in the states of Michigan, California and Ohio.

Glen resides in Ypsilanti Township with his wife, Monica, daughters Olivia and Isabella and son Luke.

Patrick joined Money Source in June of 1998 and is currently the top producing Account Executive in the company’s history, closing over $150,000,000 in loan transactions! A Dexter, MI native (and currently the President of The Dexter Chamber of Commerce) Patrick received his B.B.A from Eastern Michigan University in 1997 majoring in Finance. Patrick is a Registered Representative through Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc., member NASD & SIPC.

Currently the President of the Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce, Patrick, his wife Jennifer, daughter Emma, and son Dominic reside in Ann Arbor.

Janet Falzetta

Janet is the heart and soul of the Ann Arbor office. Before joining Money Source Financial Services, Janet was a Customer Service Representative for a major naval credit union and also participated in volunteer work with the Navy Officers' Wives' Club. Janet has recently returned to Michigan after a 24-year adventure with her husband Tony, who has retired from the Navy and is working in Ann Arbor. In addition to moving around the country Janet and her husband have managed to raise three great children.

Todd Chamberlain

Todd Chamberlain received his B.B.A. in Finance from Eastern Michigan University in 1995. He grew up in the Ann Arbor community where his father was a business owner, his mother a Realtor. Todd worked his way through college at Sam’s Clothing Store in downtown Ann Arbor. He also became adept at many construction trades and has been a licensed Residential Builder since 1997. He began his career after college as the Office Manager of a local financial planning firm, has worked as a Project Manager for a Denver construction firm and as a Consumer Loan officer for a large regional bank. Todd joined Money Source in 2003, is a Registered Representative through Berthel Fisher and Company Financial Services, Inc., member NASD & SIPC, and is also licensed to sell Life Insurance.

Todd lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time in Michigan’s forests and lakes, the Rocky Mountains and the Florida keys.

Megan Snow

Megan was raised in the Village of Clinton, MI.  She received her BA from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA in 2003.  Immediately following graduation, she worked in The National Park Service and in Colonial Williamsburg as a tour guide.  Megan gained mortgage experience as an accounting clerk at a mortgage lender in San Diego, CA, and gained further knowledge when she transfered to a branch office in San Jose, CA where she was an Account Manager Assistant, Document Drawer, and Registration Specialist.  Megan is also a huge sports enthusiast and loves to travel.

Philip Grimm

Philip Grimm, who has lived in the area for twelve years, is finishing up his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration.  He is also involved in his church in Chelsea.  He loves being in the outdoors, and especially enjoys fly fishing.  He currently resides in Chelsea with his wife Sarah and their two dogs Sydney and Nemo.
