Account Executive and Account Executive-Salaried
This position allows individuals with experience in either the mortgage or the investment industry to begin to serve clients with the most in demand financial products available today and derive significant income.
An Account Executive combines personal skills with all the resources of Money Source Financial Services and our broker dealer Berthel Fisher Company to help them build personal and business client relationships. Account Executives are responsible for assessing a client's financial circumstances and objectives, and based on those, go on to provide individualized, highly strategic investment and mortgage consulting. Account Executives have access to a full range of wealth building, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, IRAs, insurance, estate planning and many other services that they will offer to their client base and the investing public. Equally important, Account Executives will provide their clients with state of the art mortgage lending and commercial lending products.
For those individuals that are perhaps not comfortable in a commissioned role we have a salaried compenstion plan that gives stability while rewarding for peak performance. We know that building a business takes time. For this reason, our compensation package provides valuable support that takes into account your experience. You'll also have opportunities to earn new account bonuses and milestone bonuses to reward you while you build your client base. Additionally we will provide a competitive compensation program, including benefits and profit-sharing.
Responsibilities:

Develop and cultivate your own client base.

Analyze investment opportunities and client needs, and recommend appropriate strategies.

Build client relationships based upon developing strategies to their financial goals through the use of financial planning and wealth management.

Market and sell appropriate investment products, financial and wealth management services/products to clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes.

Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

Ability to create a sales and marketing strategy for new client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Track record of successful work experience for a period of three to five years.

Ability to acquire Series 7 and 66 registration, and additional licensing needed to assist in building a career as a Financial Advisor.

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

A bachelor's degree is preferred with five years of business experience and proven success in a previous career.
