Since opening our doors in 1994, the professionals at Money Source have been involved in commercial transactions from concept to completion. The relationships we have developed over the years include traditional lenders, private investors, insurance companies and non-bank resources. Additionally, we have developed important relationships with banks - large and small, which are not readily available to individual borrowers in our area.

As business professionals, we recognize the importance of your time. Call us to explain the details of your project and/or financing requirements. We will then work with our investors to get a preliminary approval. Then following receipt of any additional information such as tax returns, personal financial statements and project budgets, a written proposal will be provided.

Each transaction is priced individually, generally 1%to 2% of the loan amount. It is important to recognize that our fee is often covered by the negotiated reduction in time and expenses as a result of our established relationships with our network of lenders. There is no cost to you if your transaction does not close.

As real estate financing specialists, our highly accredited Account Executives have designed commercial funding for a variety of projects from real estate development to building refinancing. We also have the ability to do non-real estate transactions such as franchise financing. To date, Money Source has been involved in commercial transactions ranging from $50,000 to multi-million dollar projects.
